About Billion Dollar Club
The Edge Singapore Billion Dollar Club (BDC) recognises excellence among companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) with a market capitalisation of at least S$1 billion.
This billion-dollar threshold serves as an aspirational benchmark for dynamic, fast-growing companies. Firms are automatically included in the annual list as of the cut-off date in March and are evaluated using a rigorous set of methodologies. Since 2019, the BDC has expanded its awards criteria to include qualitative measures such as corporate responsibility and sustainability.
The Edge Singapore Centurion Club (CC), introduced as a complement to the BDC, recognises SGX-listed companies with a market capitalisation between S$100 million and S$999 million, based on a similar assessment period.
